Payment & Terms

Payment Methods & Terms

TUOHANG accepts only established, fully traceable B2B payment methods. The options below are the ones we use for machining and material-supply orders. Exact percentages, credit terms and currencies are agreed per purchase order and confirmed in writing before production begins.

ISO 9001 Certified T/T & L/C Accepted Traceable B2B Only

Nothing is agreed until the terms are written down. Tell us your market and your banking arrangements, and we will confirm which channels work before anything is signed. Discuss terms

Accepted Methods

How we take payment

Two standard, bank-backed methods cover every order we ship.

T/T

Telegraphic Transfer (Wire)

Bank-to-bank wire transfer to our corporate account. This is the default for most orders. A deposit is taken with the confirmed order; the balance is settled before dispatch or against the shipping documents, exactly as agreed in the purchase order.

L/C

Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight

For larger orders, or where your procurement rules require it, we accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight issued by a reputable bank. The L/C type, tenor and advising bank are confirmed with you before we schedule production.

Staged plans. For long-lead or high-value programmes, a staged schedule — deposit, milestone payments, balance — can be arranged in writing. Every stage is tied to a documented milestone, never to a vague promise.

Two bank-backed methods cover every order. If a route cannot be traced back to your company we do not use it — that protects both sides, and the first order most of all.

How We Price

Agreed with you, part by part

We do not publish a rate card, because a rate card cannot see your datum structure, your tolerance stack or the documentation that has to travel with the part. Price is built from the drawing and the inspection scope, and then it is discussed with you rather than announced to you.

Where the number can come down, we will say how: material route and stock form, batch size and setup sharing, tooling that amortises across repeat orders, or a process sequence that removes an operation. You will see where the cost sits in your part instead of a single figure to take or leave.

What A Lower Price Cannot Buy

We will not pay for a lower number with your programme

Our commitment. We will put real effort into giving you a lower price. That effort stops at the things that make the part right — which is why a price reduction never comes out of quality, delivery, documentation or how quickly we answer when something needs solving.

  • We will not change the material route or drop a certification to reach a number
  • We will not remove inspection steps or reports to reach a number
  • We will not move the delivery date we quoted to reach a number
  • We will not slow down our answer when something needs solving
No rate card, by design. A rate card cannot see your datum structure or the documents that must travel with the part, so price is built from the drawing. Start from a drawing

Typical Terms

What a standard order looks like

We keep terms simple and written down. Nothing is left to assumption.

  • Deposit taken with the confirmed purchase order
  • Balance settled before dispatch, or against shipping documents, per the PO
  • New-customer orders normally handled on a deposit-and-balance or advance basis
  • Open-account terms considered only for established, credit-approved buyers
  • Tooling and first-article costs covered by the deposit or a separate NRE line

Currencies & Fees

Invoicing

We invoice in USD or EUR as standard; RMB (CNY) is available for both domestic transactions and cross-border RMB settlement with selected markets. Bank charges are allocated per the agreed Incoterms / payment terms, and any intermediary fees are stated up front — no surprise deductions at settlement.

USD / EUR
Standard invoicing currencies
CNY
Domestic & cross-border RMB
Deposit, balance, documents — stated up front. The standard shape of an order is written down, so nothing is left to assumption on either side.

Cross-Border RMB Settlement

Paying in Chinese yuan (RMB)

For buyers in Russia, the Middle East and a number of other markets, we can settle in RMB through cross-border RMB channels — an option that avoids the constraints of USD clearing and keeps the transaction on a bank-to-bank, fully traceable path.

Plan the route early. Cross-border RMB depends on the right correspondent and clearing path being in place. Tell us your bank and destination country when you request the quote, and we will confirm the exact settlement route — intermediary bank, CIPS-participant branch, or direct RMB account — before the purchase order is issued, so funds move without a last-minute hold.

RMB settlement exists for markets USD does not suit. Buyers in Russia, the Middle East and comparable markets can settle through cross-border RMB channels.

Payment Safeguards

Methods we do not accept

To protect both sides, TUOHANG does not take payment through any channel that cannot be traced to your company.

We do not accept: cash in advance via non-bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, cryptocurrency, personal cheques, payments to individual staff, or escrow through unverified third parties. If you are ever asked to pay through one of these channels, treat it as a red flag and contact us only through the official channels on this site.

Untraceable channels are refused. No non-bank transfer, no money-transfer app, no Western Union — and that rule is enforced hardest on a first order.

Agreed in writing, before we cut metal

Send the drawing and your preferred method; we will confirm the exact terms, deposit and currency in the quotation and purchase order — no verbal agreements, no last-minute changes. The price itself is agreed with you before anything is cut, and the commitments above hold whatever that price turns out to be.
