Baoji operates on China Standard Time (UTC+8). We answer enquiries beyond Chinese office hours, so a query sent from Europe or North America is normally answered within 24 hours.

Who is accountable. Your order sits with Baoji Tuohang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Material supplied by Baoji Qicheng is purchased by Tuohang and delivered to you as part of Tuohang's obligation. If a nonconformity traces to the material, Tuohang owns the corrective action — there is no second supplier for you to chase.

The RFQ form collects exactly what we need to quote. Part type first, then a drawing — CAD, PDF or STEP — or a sample image, marked with the material, the machining quantity, the precision tolerance, the surface treatment and any special requirements. Then the certification and inspection you need, your target date, and the industry and destination country for export control screening. If a detail is not settled yet, send it anyway and say so — we will quote what is fixed and flag what is not.
