Send a Drawing. Get a Manufacturability Answer.
Tell us the part, the material, the quantity and what documentation you need. We reply with a process route, the tolerances we can hold, an indicative lead time and a quotation — and we say so directly if the part is outside our capability.
A manufacturability answer, not just a price. Upload STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF. The reply carries the process route and the tolerances we can actually hold, so you can judge the quote on its reasoning.
Why send it straight to us
There is no sales layer between your drawing and the engineer who would programme the machine.
What to send with the enquiry
A drawing — CAD (DWG · DXF), PDF or STEP — or a sample image of the part. On it, or in your message, state material, machining quantity, precision tolerance, surface treatment and any special requirements.
If some of those are not settled yet, send what you have. We will quote the fixed specification, tell you what is still open and what settling it would change.
Response time
Enquiries are reviewed by manufacturing engineering, not triaged by a sales desk. We answer e-mail within 24 hours and quote a complete enquiry — drawing, material grade, quantity, tolerances and finish — within 24 hours, 10 minutes at the fastest. Complex or incomplete enquiries take longer, and we say so rather than guess.
NDA before the drawing, if you prefer
Tick the NDA box and we will sign before we open the file. We work under our mutual NDA or yours. No customer part appears on this website, in a brochure or in a presentation without written permission.
DFM feedback comes with the quote
Where a feature will be expensive, unstable or impossible as drawn, we say so in the first reply and propose an alternative — as a recommendation you can overrule, not a condition attached to the price.
Drawing confidentiality
Drawings are stored with access limited to the people evaluating and producing your part, are not shared with third parties, and are not used for any other purpose. See the confidentiality statement.
Export control pre-screening
Industry and destination country are screened before we quote. We decline work that requires an authorisation we cannot hold — including ITAR-controlled technical data — and we will tell you early rather than after you have invested in the enquiry.
What you get back. Process route, achievable tolerances feature by feature, material route and certification, indicative sampling and production lead times, and a quotation — or an honest statement that the part is not for us.
