Privacy & how we handle your enquiry
What we collect when you contact us through this website, why we keep it, who can see it, and how to have it removed. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
You send it; you can have it removed. What we hold comes from your enquiry and nowhere else, and you can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. Ask about your data
What we collect
Three ways to reach us, three sets of details
We only collect information that you send us yourself. Nothing on this site is bought from data brokers, and nothing is collected for advertising.
RFQ form
Name, company, country and email; part type, material grade, prototype and production quantities, tolerance requirements, target date, industry, destination country, NDA requirement, inspection and certification requirements, free-text notes, and the drawing file you attach (STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF or ZIP, up to 50 MB).
Website chat
Whatever you type into the chat window, including the answers to the guided questions (part family, material, quantity band, timing) and the contact details you give at the end — name, company, country, email and optionally WhatsApp / WeChat / phone.
Alongside the conversation we record the page you were on, the referring page, your browser's user agent, and your IP address with the last octet removed (for example 203.0.113.0).

Why, how long, and who sees it
One purpose: answering your enquiry
- Why. To reply to you, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of what was discussed and agreed. Your details are not used for marketing lists and are not shared with advertising networks.
- On what basis. Your consent — the tick box in the chat window, and the act of sending the form — together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and keeping commercial records.
- How long. Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and afterwards as part of our commercial and quality records. We have not set an automatic deletion date; if you want yours removed, ask and we will delete it.
- Who can see it. Staff of the two group companies — Baoji Tuohang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (machining and inspection) and Baoji Qicheng Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (material side) — plus the providers who host this site and carry our email. Nobody else.
- Where it is stored. On our own web server. Chat transcripts are written to a directory that is blocked from access over the web, so they cannot be browsed or indexed; they can only be read by us over a secure file connection.
- Security. Enquiry data travels over HTTPS. Chat submissions are rate limited and filtered for spam. No payment card details are ever collected on this site.
If you are in the EU, UK or another country with data protection rights. We will honour a request for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and we will not ask you for a fee or a reason. Email us and we will action it.
Drawings and technical data. Files you send us are treated as confidential and are only shared internally for the purpose of quoting or manufacturing your part. Tell us if you need an NDA signed first — see the RFQ form.
Your control
Access, correction and deletion
Ask us anything about your data
Email info@qctitanium.com and tell us what you need — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. If you used the chat, quote the reference id shown at the end of the conversation (it looks like c1x2y3z4abc); it lets us find the record immediately.
We will confirm by email once it is done. Deleting an enquiry does not affect records we are required to keep for quality or contractual reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
The chat window keeps the current conversation in your browser's session storage so it is not lost if you move between pages. That data stays on your device, is not sent anywhere except when you press send, and is cleared when you close the tab.
