The Complete Titanium Line: Melted, Rolled, Forged, Machined
Rotating and structural aerospace parts machined in a 2,600 m² facility in Baoji with more than 30 machine tools — 5-axis simultaneous, 4-axis and 3-axis milling, CNC turning, and the conventional processes that finish a part after the chips stop.
Melted, rolled, forged, machined — one group. Tell us the part and the annual quantity, and we will say which route it runs on and whether it fits the envelope we actually have. Send a drawing
We are a focused aerospace machine shop, not a general job shop. That means we accept parts that need multi-axis work, controlled material and documented inspection — and we say no, in writing, to the ones that do not fit our envelope.
Every route below runs under the same ISO 9001 quality system, on material whose heat lot is known before the first cut. Where a part needs more than one route, it stays inside the building.
Machining Routes
Pick the route, not the machine
Process selection is driven by part geometry, material and the tolerances actually called out on your drawing — not by which spindle happens to be free.

Simultaneous 5-axis work is the only practical way to produce integrally bladed rotors, shrouded impellers and twisted aerofoils from solid — the tool must stay normal to a curved surface while reaching between adjacent blades.
Typical parts
- Impellers — shrouded and unshrouded
- Blisks and IBRs machined from solid
- Blades and vanes with twisted aerofoils
- Complex rotating parts with angular features
Image: Vertical 3/4-axis machining centre (Xiamen Yangsen YSV-1265)4-Axis & 3-Axis Milling
Prismatic and rotary work where five simultaneous axes are not needed and would only add cost: casings, housings, structural brackets, rings and flanges with features on multiple faces or around a bore.
Typical parts
- Casings, housings and bearing supports
- Rings, flanges and annular structural parts
- Airframe brackets, ribs and frames
- Face and bore feature patterns

Rotationally symmetric parts where concentricity, runout and surface integrity drive function. Turning is also the first operation for most blisk and disc blanks that later go to the 5-axis machines. Small, slender and bar-fed components are produced on Swiss-type sliding-head lathes for tight diameter and length control.
Typical parts
- Shafts and spindles, slender and stepped
- Discs, seal discs and rotating rings
- Bushings, sleeves and spacers
- Turned blanks staged for 5-axis finishing

Turning, milling, planing, grinding and fitting kept in-house. The conventional operations that most shops subcontract are the ones that decide whether a job actually ships on time.
Typical parts
- Parts needing ground datum faces or seats
- Deburr, blend and edge-break to drawing
- Fitted assemblies and matched sets
- Rework and salvage of in-service parts
Inside the Shop
The machines, and the floor they sit on
Photographed on the machine floor in Baoji — the machines the four routes above actually run on, and the floor they stand on.
Visits are welcome. Buyers, engineers, auditors and inspection teams are all invited to the plant in Baoji for an on-site visit. Tell us your dates in advance and we will arrange the room, open the metrology room, and put a member of staff alongside you for the work you need to do — bring your drawings, and bring your questions.

Machine-by-machine records — brand, model, travel envelope, simultaneous axes, achievable accuracy and quantity — are released as a PDF after a signed NDA, or to qualified enquiries on request. Ask through the RFQ form, or confirm specific machines during a video audit or an on-site visit. What is published on this page is the capability envelope; the ledger is the machine-level detail behind it.
Materials We Cut
Titanium-led, backed by the group's own material side
Titanium is our home ground. We also run aerospace aluminium, stainless steel and nickel-based high-temperature alloys on the same equipment.
One chain, from titanium raw material to finished part. The mill product that reaches our machines is produced by Baoji Qicheng Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., the raw-material company upstream of the same group. The route runs from titanium raw material through melting, forging and rolling on the Qicheng side to precision machining at Tuohang — planned as one process, not as two separate contracts. Operating the upstream and machining ends inside one group shortens lead time because stock moves between material and machine shops in the same city; it keeps heat-lot traceability intact from melt to finished part; and it aligns inspection standards from the mill certificate through to the final dimensional report. One chain, one accountable party for the delivered part. How the group structure works →

High-strength wrought alloys for airframe and structural parts, machined on stress-relieved stock where the drawing requires it.
More →Stainless Steel
Austenitic, martensitic and precipitation-hardening grades for hardware, shafts, housings and fittings.

Capability means nothing without the report
Route selection, tool strategy and inspection method are documented in the same quality system that covers the machine floor. Material reports, NDT results and dimensional layouts ship with the parts, and FAI to AS9102 is available.

Upload STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF and we will reply with the process route, achievable tolerances, inspection plan and lead time — including an honest answer if the part falls outside our envelope.
