Which certificate we hold, which legal entity holds it, and what each one actually tells a buyer. Originals are available for verification under NDA — a certificate that cannot be checked is marketing, and we would rather you checked this one.

Recognition is our honest read of how much weight each certificate carries with an overseas aerospace buyer — not a rating issued by anyone else.

Two entities, four certificates. The certificates are held by the entity that does the work: machining and inspection by Baoji Tuohang, material production by Baoji Qicheng. That separation is deliberate, and it is why each certificate's scope means what it says. See the accountability statement for who is answerable to you.

Qicheng — Registrations & Reports
Qicheng qualifications and third-party reports
Held by Baoji Qicheng Nonferrous Metals — the melting, rolling and forging side of the group. Third-party inspection and test reports are programme-specific; the domestic recognitions are Chinese-market credentials shown for completeness. The original document governs in every case.

Held by Baoji Tuohang Precision Manufacturing — the machining and inspection side of the group. The patents below cover in-house workholding and fixturing developed for specific part families.

Six granted Chinese utility-model patents held by Baoji Tuohang. Each covers a locating, clamping or support arrangement developed for a specific part family — the same fixture engineering described on the 5-axis and structural pages.

Honest Limits
What these certificates do not say
A quality system certificate is a claim about a management system. It is not a claim about a part, a programme or an approval we do not hold. We do not currently hold an AS9100-series aerospace certificate; if your approval process requires one, we will say so at quotation stage rather than after you have spent time on us.
It is not part approval
Certification covers the system that produces the part, not the part itself. Part qualification is still a separate exercise — first article inspection to AS9102 is how that is evidenced, and it is available on request.
It is not an OEM approval
We hold no customer-specific or OEM approvals that we have not stated. Where a programme requires one, it is applied for in the programme's own process. Current status:
It does not extend to a second entity
Each certificate is held by a named legal entity and covers that entity's own scope. Baoji Tuohang holds ISO 9001:2015 and GB/T 19001-2016; Baoji Qicheng holds its own ISO 9001. Material from Qicheng enters Tuohang as controlled incoming product, verified against its mill certificate before release to machining.
Special processes. Where a drawing requires a special process outside our certified scope, we say so on the quotation. The process is identified, the source is named, and it remains covered by the same contract and the same single point of accountability.
How to Verify
Requesting and checking the originals
Four steps. The NDA exists because a certificate carries registration details we do not publish on an open website.
- Ask. Use the contact page or the RFQ form and tell us which certificate you need and why — supplier approval, audit preparation, or a specific programme requirement.
- NDA. We send a mutual non-disclosure agreement, or sign yours if you prefer to use your own form.
- Copies with references. You receive the certificate copies with certificate numbers, issuing body and validity dates intact, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
- Independent check. Your quality function confirms the certificate with the issuing body or registrar directly. We do not need to be in that conversation.
