Titanium Filter Elements & Filter Rods

Sintered porous titanium filter elements and filter rods, made to your micron rating, dimensions and end fittings — for liquid and gas filtration where corrosion resistance and cleanability decide the material.

EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 Sintered porous titanium GR1 · GR2 Made to your rating

Bring the micron rating and the flow rate together. Both decide what is achievable. Give us the pair and the rating we can hold is confirmed before the order, not after it. Ask about filter elements

Definition

Filtration where the medium attacks the filter

Sintered porous titanium does three things a polymer or stainless mesh cannot do at the same time: it resists the corrosive media that destroy ordinary filter media, it tolerates temperature, and it can be back-flushed, chemically cleaned or ultrasonically cleaned and returned to service. With the element and the body both titanium, there is no second material to corrode or shed particles into the stream.

The rating is the specification. Porous titanium is produced across a broad micron range by controlling the powder grade, the pressing and the sintering cycle, so we ask for the rating, the flow rate and the medium rather than quoting a nominal figure. End fittings — threaded, flanged, welded or plain — are machined to your drawing.

These are custom items. Filter elements and filter rods are made to your rating, length, diameter and connection, which is why they are quoted against a drawing rather than picked from a stock list.

Dimensions & tolerances. Diameters, wall thickness, widths, lengths and other dimensions are produced to your ordered specification. Nominal ranges and standard tolerances follow the governing ASTM grade specification; the exact values for your drawing are confirmed in writing with each quotation.

FAQ

Common questions

What micron rating can you supply?

Tell us the rating and flow rate you need and we will confirm what we can hold. Porous titanium is produced across a broad micron range by powder selection and sintering control, so the honest answer is per rating rather than one number for every element.

Can I buy the material without machining?

Yes. Material is routinely supplied as certified mill product with no machining. Machining is a separate scope, quoted only if you ask for it.

Who actually produces the material?

The mill product is produced by Baoji Qicheng Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., the raw-material company upstream of the same group, in Baoji. Machining and inspection, where quoted, are carried out by Baoji Tuohang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Two legal entities, one group — and one accountable party for what you receive.

What is the lead time?

It depends on the grade, the size and whether the item is held in stock or has to be produced. We state a date on the quotation rather than quoting a nominal lead time up front.

Porous titanium is specified by duty, not from a catalogue. Rating, dimensions and end fittings are built to your requirement, and the rating is confirmed in writing at RFQ.

Ask for Titanium Filter Elements & Filter Rods

Tell us the grade, the specification it is called out to and the quantity. We will confirm availability, the form we can supply, certification type and a date.
